The production line starts with automatically PCB board launcher and includes automatically printing, solder paste printing, automatically transferring, SMT, reflow soldering, AOI test, AOI program debugging, AOI appearance check, manual QC, manual QA and assembling. Each PCB board is guaranteed with good quality and double tested.
Once PCB boards are ready, the assembling lines start to work, which includes welding interface and cables, assembling metal cover, and fasten the device with screws. In order to manufacture a good quality gps tracking device, we work carefully in every production steps, even as tiny as a screw, we pay 100% attention to it.
Quality check is a major component of quality control, where physical product is examined visually. As for a gps tracker, checking whether the functions are working perfectly or not is the most important. In the production line, we test the product once. And before delivery, we test the products again, controlling the defective rate to be 0%.
